It’s quite a practice this place has going for them.
Then there is the staff. Some good ones for sure but have had to call for certain records and was told to leave a message with a nursing service there that would get back to us within 24 hours. Had to do this three times and on more than one occasion have we had to do this. Tried talking to an office manager and was directed to a voice mail account. After multiple attempts still have not heard back.
My wife and I have stopped going to this place and have chosen a different service. There is a young nurse there that acts as if her time there is wasted when she could be doing something more profound.
Then our doctor there [not mentioning any names] talks to my wife and I as if we are children and ignores what we have to say about what we are feeling. If any real help were working for us I would have assumed he never seemed to listen to us because he had some sort of special powers that let him see the real issue without having to process our words.
