Very unpleasant experience. Had new liner put in liner is leaking from gasket from steps being put in wrong. Been waiting 5 weeks for someone to come out and fix all the while losing water at about 1/2" a day. Poorest customer service from service dept. I have ever seen Benn to store twice now and they said they'll be out next week. Would not deal with them again for anything pool related.
Vinnie. You know your business and stand by all you do. Your hot tub line by Marquis' quality are above the name recognition brands. Good to see you guys expanding while others are stagnant .
So helpful in pool chemistry. Prices are higher than shopping at Walmart, but SP has knowledgeable customer service.
As of now the customer service is indefensible. My liner was replaced over three weeks ago. The tech told us there was an issue with installing our $1500 LED light purchased (apparently this is a light bulb only) and he would return the next day to correct it along with fixing our polaris cleaning tool. I've called countless times in three weeks and have been told by several Sparkle employees I would receive a call back either same day or next day. Nothing. I've asked to speak to the owner and nothing.
This is my first pool I've owned and have also asked for some type of assistance/tutorial on what I need to do to properly maintain my $8500 investment, again, NOTHING. Apparently after 30 years in business, only the service person that I dealt with knows anything about my scenario as she is the only one who can answer my questions, again, nothing from Sparkle Pools. The only silver lining here is Lexi in the Easton store, who helped us learn about testing the water as it was cloudy. One employee told me to buy pool bleach and dump in. Lexi said this was incorrect. Once we tested the water it turns out our pool was pulling calcium from our new liner, which is horrible. If it wasn't for my wife taking the time to go there, who knows what would be wrong with our pool/liner at this time.
