I called scott on a hot day with no ac rather then send a tech to fix problem he chose to diagnos over the phone at no charge to solve my problem it was a fuse that was blown because of the lighting storm the night before he explained he could of sent a tech and charged me a service call after all he is in business to make money he chose to CARE THANK YOU SO MUCH SCOTT
