Terrible communication, Terrible Service!. Sent in a Raymarine C80 for a card reader replacement, after a month went by with no follow-up, I called and left several messages before Matt finally returned my call. He said he would get on the unit and follow up in a few days. A few weeks later and no follow-up, I made a few calls and finally got a hold of him at which time he promised he would have it done that week. At weeks end, I got an email saying he needed more time and was more interested in buying the unit for parts than repairing it. It was clear at that point, even if he did repair it, I was going to be getting someone else's used parts. No Thanks! Requested he send the unit back of which I was billed $20 for? What a Joke!
Sent in two different C70's for repair. I received immediate communication once my units were received and immediate communication when the work was completed and they were being shipped back out. I even got a call before work was completed on one unit to set the right the expectations about the repair because the unit was admittedly in terrible shape. How many people would do that?
I would recommend to anyone based on my experience.
This place is great! Very helpful, informative, friendly business. They were able to provide me complete diagnostics on my E120 and more information about its history than I would have ever imagined. Matt gave me updates through out the day to let me know progress and status. They walked me through service performed and answered all my questions. When I paid the price what was previously discussed and very fair for what I needed. This will continue to stay my electronics service center for as long as I'm a boat owner. I highly recommend you bring your electronics here for any concerns or issues you have. They will do right by you and make sure your back out in the water on a safe boat with reliable electronics.
Fixed my gps in time for white marlin open. Went out week before and had it done in 2 days. Great service
