My boyfriend and I eat here often. We usually order delivery and have always received fast and courteous service up until recently. I’ve never left a bad review before, so I want to explain all the good before giving my opinion about the bad apple in the bunch.

I hope management sees this and takes action or they’ll be losing my business.

He’s attempted to deliver to our neighbors before and was standoffish when he realized where we were. His attitude made me feel uneasy, and that’s terrible when someone is delivering to your home.

The bathrooms are clean and always smell fresh.

Not only was my driver unable to bring my food in ample time, he literally stood in the lobby of the store dumbfounded as if he had no idea how to locate an employee.

Most of the drivers are equally friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

For all the good service and food you have, this type of employee makes me never want to order again.

Then, as we were about to leave, he was standing in the middle of the road on some video call blocking the road. We literally sat there for over a minute waiting for him to get out of the way.

His accent is hard to understand and he rushes us to sign our visa slip like he’s strapped on time and can’t be bothered.

The food is always hot and prepared perfectly. The service is efficient and we love the new location.

It’s a real shame, because the other drivers seem to be a good group of people. They’re always kind and prompt. Speaking of prompt, using the word Soon to handle a problem will leave you with more problems.

I’m not the first person to have a complaint. I’m not even the second or third.

I usually order from this pizza empire and they’re great. Not this time, it took an hour and 30 minutes for my pizza to come to 107 roe street, and when my driver got here ( he was a Latino with a black car in a sweater) he had an attitude. You guys won’t get my money again. I had to microwave my pizza. Y’all are lame.

Last week we stopped in the store to eat and parked on the side street. While eating he was on his phone speaking loudly while eating. It sounded like he was yelling in some foreign language paying no mind to being considerate of other people dining.

We thought he’d been fired until we ordered recently and he showed up.

When I read a review that stated management would handle the problem SOON I felt the need to respond. Any business who can’t properly manage employees and their actions shouldn’t be in business at all. Furthermore, you’re obviously losing customers by the day because of this one idiot, who speaks horrible English and acts like an ass. I’ll be taking my business to Dominos. Their employees are local and considerate. When delivering to Walmart they have enough sense to find a manager to locate the customer when they are unable to.

But I was mistaken.

We ate there 10/8/17 for lunch while on a bike trip. There's a nice selection of sandwiches they were very good. We were able to sit outside and the servers were friendly and efficient. A nice little spot that saw a steady stream of eat-in and carry-out customers while we were there.

After calls were made to locate me, he acted rudely regarding the whole situation. His English was broken and I got a sense that he was actually angry at me, the customer.

We live down a long dirt driveway but the address is visible and clearly easy to locate since every other driver finds us.

It’s normal to get a different driver with each delivery. There is one guy who works there who seems to do something wrong every single time he delivers to our house.

The food is consistently good, and delivery times are quick. Their intown location is really nice-relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff.

This store would have gotten a 4 or 5 star and continued to be my go-to had I not just read this is an ongoing issue that clearly hasn’t been resolved in what the other reviews state has been going on for at least three weeks. Won’t be getting a recommendation from me.

The other day, while on my limited lunch break, I ordered a simple sandwich and fries. My name was given and location. In the past other drivers have no problems coming to my place of business to deliver lunch. I also work another local job that they’ve come to.

I was not going to leave a review on this page until a coworker pointed out others are having the same problems with their deliveries.

Now the bad.

At the time I laughed it off. Maybe he was having a bad day.

The cashiers are bubbly and seem to know the menu by heart.

My boyfriend has had his own personal experience with this guy almost hitting our parked car and then our pets when he turned around in our grass.
