Excellent experience. Clean hotel with professional staff. Hot breakfast provided and monitored throughout morning.
Nice staff, they answer questions efficiently. We were able to check in early which I give an extra star for. Breakfast included. Outdoor pool was cold and filled with bugs. I guess they are going through renovations because the floor in our room was not complete. The place overall looks good you don't get that do I really want to sleep here feeling I may catch something. I would come back but this place is only good to sleep the area doesn't have a lot going on.
I stayed here for two nonconsecutive weeks for business. Both stays were very pleasant. Rooms were very clean, and the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great! I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!
Great remodeling job. Great staff, comfortable beds and delicious and varied options for breakfast. Experienced a tad bit of difficulty in finding the entrance to the front door of this Best Western, but it was 9pm, but boy, was it WORTH IT!!!!! Can't wait to come back.
Have stayed at the BW Denton Inn for the last 10 or 11 years now. Always been clean rooms, friendly staff, easy access on an off highway. They have remodeled this past spring/summer...really made breakfast room exciting, lobby, and rooms . Check out the mural of Denton years ago, in the lobby. I love it. With all renovations I think the carpeting is the only thing left to change out.
