Prior to going I called with specific questions, since I had been shopping around. I set up an appointment with Henry. Upon arrival, he was waiting and greeted me warmly and immediately showed interest in my concerns and that he was already prepared. Meeting my needs and not cutting any corners; I didn't feel like I was being sold or haggling at all. Needless to say, I purchased my bed that day and Henry went above and beyond to make sure that my mattress was delivered that day. I have had my bed now almost 2mths and love it. Henry is the best at what he does and I would surely recommend him and this location. Exceptional customer service.
Really found no need to shop anywhere else. Henry our salesman was kind, knowledgeable and non pushy!!! Very attentive but never tried to steer us into something not in our budget. He also had chocolate. Also a plus.
